Dick Wolak was in Philadelphia in the spring of 1983, finishing up his thesis, when Buckminster Fuller gave a public lecture. Dick went, and took this program along...afterward he met Fuller, who autographed it as you see above. This was not long before Buckminster Fuller died on 1 July 1983.

It should also be noted here that Fuller visited the dome at Pole in the late 1970s (reference article, see comments).
